At JAM Designs, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Natural Wellness products and exceptional service. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

To ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following guarantee:

Satisfaction Guarantee Period:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Natural Wellness product purchase, you may return it within 14 days (2 weeks) of the purchase date for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee.

Returns and Restocking Fee:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee, to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3- 5 business days after the return has been received and inspected. NO Return on Damaged products, or custom orders – which includes orders placed specifically for your store shelves.

Product Condition:

Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Damaged or altered products will not be accepted for returns.

Exclusions:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Products purchased during a promotion or sale period are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for an exchange or store credit.
