Return Policy: We will gladly fix any item purchased if there is a defect within 15 days of purchase.

Sterling Silver - Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to take returns, we will uphold warranty of 30 days, due to any Manufacture defect (Must not be tampered with) 

We only replace items if they have a manufacture defective.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, Body care products cannot be returned. 

Due to the current situation with Covid-19 JAM Designs will not accept any returns of any items due to hygienic reasons. 

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• All health and personal care items
• Sale items
• Only regular priced items may be exchanged, due to Manufactures defect. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to JAM Designs Boutique.

Ordering

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received once accepted payment has been made, then your order will process. Please allow 3-5 days to complete the order and process for pick up if local at our Boutique in Courtice Ontario or Shipping if out of our Local area.

If delivery within Durham Region there is a delivery fee now of $10 plus tax (Bowmanville/Courtice/Oshawa/Whitby) – Ajax and Pickering will be $15 plus tax flat rate. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery, we will have set delivery days.

Please allow for extra time for shipping during holidays and weekends. JAM Designs is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages.

Custom Orders

First step is to set up a Custom design consultation with one of our Designers, for your design needs. We look forward to creating something unique for you.

• Please allow 2 Weeks for competition. May be longer if we need to order supplies and depending on if our suppliers have the items needed in stock.

Corporations looking to have Custom design work done for a Logo charm – Please give 2 – 3 Weeks for competition.
